With proficiency in human capital management, integration planning, operating model design, and business transformation, Myles’ projects span diverse industries and organizational scale. Known for quickly identifying risks and delivering results, Myles excels at harmonizing people, processes, and technology to drive long-term value.

Recognized by top-tier private equity firms and C-suite stakeholders for his strategic impact and practical execution, Myles is a trusted advisor in complex, high-stakes environments. A former Captain in the U.S. Army, he brings discipline and leadership to every engagement and pursues a variety of interests outside of work, from coaching little league to leading a 3x champion BBQ pit crew. He received his Bachelors from Thomas Edison State University and MBA from Duke University.

Aaron Wolff has 15+ years of experience leading startups, overseeing international operations, and delivering technical results in both management consulting and the U.S. Government. He teaches two graduate-level courses at Georgetown University (Global Supply Chain Management, Project Management), and was the first employee at a tech startup, where he led the strategy, scaled operations, and launched the product. At the U.S. Department of Transportation, he was the senior advisor and acting COO for the Research, Development and Technology organization, which had 1,000+ employees. At Deloitte, he managed multiple supply chain and digital transformational initiatives, creating custom deployments that were rooted in lean six sigma and design thinking. Aaron has led executive coaching as well as company-wide leadership trainings and workshops for organizations with 5 to 500+ employees. He has a mechanical engineering degree from Univ. of Delaware and an MBA from Duke.
